Keeps specialises in male hair loss and sexual health and most of its products fall into one of these two categories. While they have recently added a few skin care products to their brand, they are still far from having a skincare line.

Looking at Trustpilot, Hims has a much higher number of client reviews than Keeps, and at the same time, a far superior rating. In fact, Keeps seems to have a poor rating (1.5), mostly due to issues with credit card charges, subscription cancellation and customer service. While some clients also complained about Hims customer service, most of their reviews have 5 stars (45%), while most of the Keeps reviews only have 1 star (80%) and only 8% of them have 5 stars.
On their own website, Keeps has far more positive reviews, scoring 4.5/5 stars out of 7046 customer ratings.
